How we work?

Two phases design and build process for software

Discovery & Build phases

Each project starts with a discovery phase during which we'll analyse your users pain points and map them on an experience map. Each pain point will be covered with a specific user journey. Once user journeys have been defined, we analyse more than 500 tools in our database to design overall architecture, taking in account your legacy IT systems constraints, compliance, GDPR, performance and costs.

Then comes an iterative production phase, where we create user journeys using selected tools and test them during user tests. Insights and learnings from each test are then used as inputs for the next iteration's build.

Strict SCRUM

SCRUM methodology

Our production method is standard and strict application to the SCRUM process. Our product owner works with you to divide your project into epics and user stories. Each user story is validated by our « definition of ready » policy, that means each user story is clearly defined, estimated, UX & UI are ready and acceptance criteria are set and understood by the team. We also use the « definition of done » to mark a user story as finished (fully tested against acceptance criteria, code quality checks are ok, RGAA/W3C tests are ok, GDPR tests are ok, documentation is provided and story is validated by you).
